      Everyone is welcome, our goal is to encourage a healthy lifestyle, consistency, growth as a runner and to have fun!

      Because both Alannah and Danielle value movement and exercise, and connecting with our community to fill our cups and we think it’s important to open conversations surrounding mental health and wellness while working on our physical health (running!)
