Paediatric physio involves screening and intervention for gross motor skills. Intervening early in these areas can have many benefits that persist into adolescent & adulthood.

A Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Rehab Expert is a healthcare professional who has completed specialized training and certification through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) to work specifically with golfers on physical movement, injury rehabilitation, and performance enhancement based on how the body works with the golf swing. TPI Rehab Experts focus on the “body-swing connection” — the idea that your physical capabilities (mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, motor control, etc.) directly influence how efficiently and safely you can swing a golf club. Treatment can involve:
Movement and Physical Assessment
Swing Analysis
Rehabilitation: If you’re in pain or recovering from an injury (common areas include back, shoulder, elbow or hip), they design individualized rehab plans to reduce pain and restore physical function tied to golf performance.
Performance Training
A TPI Rehab Expert bridges the gap between movement and performance, helping golfers move pain-free and optimize their game by addressing the underlying physical factors that influence performance and injury risk.

Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialized form of therapy that helps improve balance and reduce dizziness caused by inner ear or brain conditions. Post-concussion rehabilitation focuses on addressing symptoms like headaches, cognitive issues, and visual or balance disturbances after a concussion, often including vestibular therapy as part of the recovery.

-

Clinical Pilates, Physio Strength, Prenatal Physio Yoga, Postnatal Mom & Baby Pilates and Postnatal Mom & Baby Strength classes run year-round with speciality classes on occasion.

Buccal massage (also called intra-oral facial massage) is a specialized manual therapy technique that works on the muscles of the face both externally and from inside the mouth.
Buccal massage is commonly used for:
Facial tension (especially jaw and cheeks)
TMJ discomfort
Headaches related to jaw clenching
Stress-related tightness
Post-dental or orthodontic tension
Cosmetic facial sculpting and lymphatic drainage
Improving circulation and muscle tone
What does treatment entail:
Discussion of goals (pain relief, cosmetic sculpting, TMJ relief, etc.)
Review of medical history (important for TMJ disorders, recent dental work, infections, etc.)
The face is cleansed beforehand
External facial muscle, jaw and neck massage therapy
Intra-Oral (Inside the Mouth) Work
The therapist works both inside and outside simultaneously to release deep tension.
Often finishes with lymphatic drainage to reduce puffiness
-
Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage is a specialized, more sculpting-focused version of traditional lymphatic drainage massage. It became popular through Brazilian body-contouring techniques and is often associated with visibly reducing bloating and enhancing body definition immediately after treatment.
It’s inspired by manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) principles but typically uses firmer, faster, and more rhythmic techniques than classic medical lymph drainage. The goal is to:
Stimulate the lymphatic system
Reduce water retention and bloating
Improve circulation
Enhance body contour definition
Support post-surgical recovery (especially cosmetic surgery, when medically cleared)
