About Us
We’re all about treating pain and injury, but beyond that we help people feel confident in using their bodies and believe in the power of movement as medicine.
With our collective experience in sports injury, spine issues, chronic pain, neck and headaches management, Pilates and personal training and pelvic health, we are confident that we can create a tailored approach to your health and wellness.
Whether you’re training for a race or competition, pregnant and preparing for birth, recovering in your postpartum body or dealing with chronic back pain, we are here to help guide you and give you the tools to achieve your goals.
Our mission is not to fix injury, but also prevent it from happening by giving you the knowledge and movement tools to keep you in FLOW — in your workouts, in your daily life, along the aging continuum.
We are passionate in showing patients how to better connect with their bodies. Every person should be able to live the life they want without pain or lack of movement being a barrier to them

Danielle Ufniak MScPT
Owner
Registered Physiotherapist
Danielle completed her undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Leisure Studies at the University of Waterloo. After this program and realizing the importance of movement and play throughout our entire life, she completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
During this time she fell in love with physical activity of all types, competing in two fitness competitions, racing in countless half marathons, the Tough Mudder, 2 full marathons and 2 half-Ironman triathlon. She has felt a lot of different body sensations/aches/pains related to activity (or inactivity due to long hours of studying during her Masters!)
Now she loves her Peloton, a Pilates class, a good hike or run and enjoys the work: life balance that David and her have created with Flow that allows them to show up at 100% for their patients and their own lives!

Rachel Wilson MScPT YT
Registered Physiotherapist
Rachel completed her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at the University of Toronto in 2007 with high distinction. During these studies she discovered physiotherapy as a patient when injury sidelined her from the sports that she loved. Through her own recovery, she was inspired to complete her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2009. This allowed her to harness her love of studying human motion to help others regain their ability to participate in whatever activities inspire them to be active and keep moving.
To help her do this Rachel has completed levels 1-3 of the Orthopaedic Division of the Physiotherapy Association. She is also certified in Graston Technique and Functional Movement Screening allowing her to both assess and treat movement in the athletic population.
Rachel has completed her Yoga Teacher Training and incorporates these principles into her practice. When she is not in clinic, Rachel can usually be found relaxing by the water, practicing yoga, walking the family dog or chasing around two very active little boys.

Kristen has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2015 and has been a certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Instructor since 2017.
