Clinical Pilates Small Group Mat Class

  • Yes, this class is for patients of Danielle Ufniak MScPT who have been assessed by Danielle and where is has been considered appropriate to use therapeutic exercise rooted in Pilates to address movement issues and injury. Each session can be submitted through extended health benefits.

  • This class is appropriate for individuals who have been assessed by Danielle Ufniak MScPT and have musculoskeletal issues including muscle pain/tension/tonicity, joint immobility, loss of functional movement, balance and coordination issues, scoliosis, postpartum, or after injury or surgery.

  • Our classes run in 8-week blocks where participants will enroll for all 8 weeks and we will progressively build week over week. Each week has a different theme to target issues related to spinal stability and mobility, breathing and bracing, core stability, hip and pelvic stability and mobility, and balance and coordination.

    3. Receive your PDF of techniques and interventions to do at home!

  • Yes! We welcome babies and believe that it is important to form strong social connections and have an opportunity to work on postpartum pelvic health physiotherapy exercises in a group setting with other mamas.

Yoga & EFT Tapping with Dee

  • EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a therapeutic method that involves tapping on specific meridian points on the body while focusing on a specific issue (like stress, anxiety, or trauma). The technique is rooted in principles of acupuncture and energy healing. With almost 18 years experience as a nurse, specializing in Critical Care, Danielle is passionate about the deep connection between physical and emotional health. Her nursing background enriches her understanding of the intricate mind-body connection, allowing her to foster a nurturing and supportive environment. Danielle empowers students to explore personal growth, healing, and overall well-being through her compassionate approach to yoga.


    Danielle has immense appreciation for the ability to move our bodies in a way that nourishes us both physically and mentally, is sustainable and balanced in its approach.     Newborn Care Essentials: Learn about newborn development, sleep patterns, diapering, bathing, and creating a safe and nurturing environment for your baby.

    Postpartum Education: Gain insights into postpartum recovery, emotional well-being, and tips for managing the physical and emotional changes that come with this transformative time.

    Breast and Bottle Feeding Positions and Techniques: Discover comfortable breastfeeding positions, latching techniques, how to position baby to bottlefeed and practical tips to ensure a positive experience for both you and your baby.

  • Led by Registered Nurse (RN), Laura Faris who is also a Breastfeeding Consultant. This workshop provides hands-on demonstrations, practical advice, and a chance to connect with other new parents in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival or have recently welcomed your little one, this workshop is designed to equip you with tools for a confident and rewarding newborn experience.

We have limited availability for our workshops and classes which is why we require individuals to pre-pay for us to reserve their spot for them.


Clinical classes

We require commitment for the entire 6-week or 8-week series, if you have to miss a class the ‘homework’ will be provided to you so you can keep progressing with your group, there are no refunds.
